OBSERVE

Is the power cable connected to the main power supply with correct voltage?

Make sure that all plugs are mounted correctly in the control box and to the columns.

One or more columns/cables are defective.

Look for visible damages on cables, control box and columns.

SOLUTION

Connect plug to main power supply to make sure the voltage is ok. If not then try to connect a lamp.

Check all connections.

Damaged parts must be exchanged – contact supplier.

OBSERVE

Visual observation.

SOLUTION

Perform resetting.
Press both buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. Continue pressing the buttons until both columns are in lowest position. Keep pressing the buttons until control box makes 1 beep. When control box makes 1 beep, it is confirmed that reset has been completed and buttons can be released. Now the desk is operational.

OBSERVE

Is the frame in highest position?

The frame could be overloaded.

SOLUTION

When the frame has reached the maximum height, it can only run downwards.

Remove some of the load and perform again.

OBSERVE

Visual observation.

SOLUTION

Perform resetting.

Press both buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. Continue pressing the buttons until both columns are in lowest position. Keep pressing the buttons until control box makes 1 beep. When control box makes 1 beep, it is confirmed that reset has been completed and buttons can be released. Now the desk is operational.

OBSERVE

Has the system been programmed to this specific height?

SOLUTION

Perform resetting.
Press both buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. Continue pressing the buttons until both columns are in lowest position. Keep pressing the buttons until control box makes 1 beep. When control box makes 1 beep, it is confirmed that reset has been completed and buttons can be released. Now the desk is operational.

The column that does not run could be defective or the cable connection for the column is not ok.

SOLUTION

Check all connections, then Perform resetting.
Press both buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. Continue pressing the buttons until both columns are in lowest position. Keep pressing the buttons until control box makes 1 beep. When control box makes 1 beep, it is confirmed that reset has been completed and buttons can be released. Now the desk is operational. If a column will not run upwards after resetting, it is defective.
