For the European market we produce frames in the southern region of China and each year third party performs a CSR audit on all 5 factories

The QC team secures that all products have been 100% pre-assembled and 100% side-force tested before leaving factory. We undertake the full responsibility regarding the final product, well qualified and ready for sale.
We all know, that claims will occur, and when we have unexpected claims we inspect and analyze the claimed components and a complete report with root cause and corrective/preventive actions are provided to the consumer – Our claims is < 0,1 %

In 1986, EFG Partner A/S in Denmark employed me as a salesman. 1995 I was appointed Managing Director.
Late 2000 I went to Sweden appointed as Group Vice President for EFG European Furniture Group AB and as the deputy of the owner, Mr. Krook. I became 1 out of 4 members of the Group Management.
During the next 3 years, I followed the owner, Mr. Krook, throughout Europe and in the same period, I held the responsibility for the product development in the Group.
For family reasons, I returned to Denmark late 2003 to my former position as Managing Director, but held the position as member of the Group Management and the responsibility for product development in the Group. When Mr. Krook sold EFG European Furniture Group AB, mid 2007, it was natural for me to reconsider my position in the company. As I shared the same vision as Mr. Krook, it became good timing for me to start my own business.
In 2008 I founded ADJUSTME together with Kate Konge.
In 1989, EFG Partner A/S, Denmark, employed me as a salesman. During the next 6 years I was working as salesman building up my own costumer portfolio.
In 1995, I was appointed as Sales Area Manager, until late 2000 where I was appointed as Key Account Manager, including contact person for all International Accounts.
When the company was sold, mid 2007, I reconsidered my position and found it naturally to find new ways of business.
And here I am – always ready for things to come..
Where do we find our inspiration?
First of all, when I am developing new products I aim to be innovation – Not imitating our competitors. Therefore, we combine 2 independent sources whom are getting their inspiration from outside the office furniture industry.
I bring in inspiration from other business such as the car-industry, buildings and industrial design and this we combine with strict facts from Medico industry, where high demands and no room for errors are buzzwords.
Secondly, we rely on 180 engineers who have the skills to translate my ideas into technical products.
And finally we at ADJUSTME have 25 years of know-how within specific eHAT industry.
